cannot refund orders that were purchased from another retailer. However, if you have a defective item that needs replacement you may

All items returned must be received within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be in new sellable condition; with the original packaging. Items
deemed worn, unsellable or received after 30 days of purchase will be returned to the sender.
